Games from the Czech studio Amanita Design are known for their characteristic charm, the combination of visual arts and music, which gives rise to beautiful, award-winning adventure games. The Polish Petums followed a similar path to the domestic studio when developing their new game Papetura. They decided to create an adventure game that would be entirely made of paper. After many years of cutting, composing and coding, we can finally play their work.

In the paper world of the game, you will control a pair of main characters, Pape and Tura. The two protagonists meet when Pape escapes from the flower prison. On that occasion, he pledges to take care of the magical Tur. Only by combining their powers can they defeat the dark forces that threaten to ignite the entire paper world. You will then try to prevent this in a classic point and click adventure game that will surprise you with innovative puzzles.

We can also find a Czech trace in the game from our Polish neighbors. The similarity to Amanita games might not be so surprising when you learn that Tomáš Dvořák, aka Floex, worked on the music for it. He already has music on his account for Samorosty or Machinario. Music is an important part of Papetura, because the characters are silent all the time, relying on melodies and sound effects to tell about the dangers that threaten the entire paper world. And according to the first reports, the small group of artists did very well. In addition, they charge a relatively small amount for the game, which is definitely worth the unique gaming experience.
