iPhone as a note-taking tool? One of the basic uses of this phone, you can think of. And not only you, but also developers from the Czech Republic. David Čížek is among them, or AnalogBits. But how to break through, how to stand out? His answer is Noted.
On the whole concept of the application Noted I like the fact that it is based on the real practice of people, not on brainstorming of the type of what we could come up with so that our product is properly tuned. I'm one of those users who - when they need to mark something quickly and have it somewhere at hand - don't need to tap a series of buttons, stare at a polished interface, add labels, smileys and whatnot. Speed is of the essence. And Noted clearly wins in this regard.
You start the application, a screen immediately pops up with the option to start writing the text of the note. Then you just click Send and you don't have to worry about anything. And what happens to the written note? It will appear as a letter in your mail client. There you can work with it properly - either turn it into a task, a project, put the noted number in your contacts... But when you need to access notes from your iPhone and you don't want to switch on the mail client, with one button in Noted you can display the list of notes taken and simply select open.
A nice feature is that if you don't command the note to be sent, you close the app and then start it again, the note is still there - it's not lost, you can continue with it.
The speed of the Noted process compared to Mail or other note-taking applications is also shown by a comparison on the official website.
You can't ask for Noted to handle anything more. Simplicity is the soul of the project, after all, the positive reception and reviews on the Minimalmac website are no accident. Perhaps the only feature that is offered (and that would make the work even more efficient) is the connection with TextExpander - but it is expected. We could also consider some kind of cloud storage of notes, while this is also already being evaluated in David Čížek's head.
The simplicity of the application makes it not only an effective tool, but also a program that runs smoothly even on older types of iPhones. And although it is not one of the main weapons of Noted, the design is pleasing to the eye…
PS: There is also an Android version available.

I find the Notes application more practical...
– saves notes as .txt files in a dedicated Dropbox address book, where you can work with them as you like
– everything is mutually synchronized via Dropbox
– thanks to Dropbox, I have automatic backup and versioning
– the created note can of course also be sent immediately by email or printed via AirPrint
– it is a universal app for iPhone/iPad
- its free
It's really crazy. I once downloaded something similar that synced with Dropbox, but I deleted it.
It's a poor app for absolutely nothing. I'm not a developer, but creating such a program is ULTRA PRIMITIVE.
I would ban exactly such unnecessary programs from Apple for reasons of prestige!
I would probably also "ban these comments for reasons of prestige!" :-D

Thanks to its pricing policy, Apple is a brand for snobs. Think that a phone for 20.000 is difficult for normal people. If I wasn't a snob, I would never have bought an ip4 - I got to 02 and wanted the most expensive mobi - so I got here. And you?
"Thanks to the pricing policy, Apple is a brand for snobs."
– Probably like DELL or HP.
"Think that a phone for 20.000 is difficult for normal people"
– iphone4 16g at vodafone slightly over 10k, similar to Samsung Galaxy S II. And who are "normal people"? When someone decides that they want a smartphone, is it not normal anymore?
"If I wasn't a snob, I would never have bought an ip4 - I got to 02 and wanted the most expensive mobi"
– But that's only your problem.
"that's how I got here. And you?"
I simply looked at what is on the market and chose the smartphone that suits me best. That's it, it's just HW.
But if you judge people by the phone they own, then the discussion is probably useless.
Have a nice day.
That's why Apple doesn't make enough of them, dudes, they're snobs in the world, and it's no coincidence that quality is quality and I'm happy to pay for it.
Otherwise the application is not bad in simplicity is strength.
There was a road pirate on TV and especially the scoundrel Trpišovský (Mercedes2222) and guess what phone he had? IP4!!! Of course.
Just like I buy Mercedes haj..lov, I also have one, so I buy ip4 fans and especially snobs who want to show off. Of course, you don't have to agree, but by doing so you are avoiding reality…..
