The time of limiting the amount of free minutes with SMS is largely behind us. Now we rather deal with the amount of data that the operator will provide us for a monthly fee. If, for example, you want to escape from the current situation for the new year, it pays to find out where you can find the best offer. Here we provide you with a simple overview.
Even though there are only three main operators in the country, there are already a large number of virtual ones. If you want a clear comparison of individual tariffs tailored to you, it is worth visiting a web calculator. However, you usually have to enter your phone number in it and thus agree to possible contact regarding the ideal offer. Selected below tariffs so they only count on an offer from the domestic big three: O2, T-Mobile and Vodafone.
Vodafone
Unlimited Basic
It is already clear from the name that this is a basic tariff, but on the other hand, it still has many advantages. For the price of CZK 599, you get not only unlimited calls and SMS, but also data. However, they are limited to a speed of 2 Mb/s. But it's enough speed to stream music and video. In the My Vodafone application and self-service, you can use 3x Maximum acceleration for free, which will allow you to test the speed of the 24G network for 5 hours. The tariff is without commitment, without introduction fees and you will receive a 2 CZK discount on the device.
Other Vodafone tariffs
If you don't want to be limited to 2 Mb/s, you can go for a higher tariff Unlimited Super. It offers 799 Mb/s for 10 CZK per month, and you will especially appreciate it when watching videos and movies in HD, during video calls and when playing games. Unlimited Premium 5G at a price of CZK 1 per month, it will offer not only 199G and a CZK 5 discount on the device, but also 4 minutes of calls abroad.
T-Mobile
T-Mobile Unlimited XL
With this tariff you can forget about data limits. It will hold you during video calls and you can also play your favorite online games with it. The tariff will run at full speed for the first 15 GB (so what the network allows), then the speed will be 10 Mb/s. It also offers unlimited calls and SMS in roaming, in the case of data there is a limit of 23 GB. This tariff is also without obligations and introduction fees, and you can choose a device for it with a discount of CZK 3. The price of the tariff is 875 CZK per month.
Other T-Mobile tariffs
T-Mobile offers an even higher tariff Unlimited 5G L for CZK 1, which has a data speed of 075 Mb/s for the first 20 GB. It will also provide 40 minutes of international calls. For a tariff Unlimited 5G XL you already pay 1 CZK per month, and with unlimited speed and faster internet, you get another 275 minutes to call foreign numbers and a discount on equipment worth 1 CZK.
O2
NEO Blue
Whether in our country or in the EU zone, O2 will provide you with unlimited calls and SMS, outside the Czech Republic you can use data up to a limit of 30 GB, with us there is no limit. You will go 10 Mb/s all the time. But there is one catch. The tariff can be activated for a discounted price of CZK 899 with a 24-month commitment. In case of activation of the tariff without commitment, the price of the monthly flat rate is CZK 150 higher.
Other O2 tariffs
Price NEO Bronze will provide you with an internet speed of 1 MB/s for the price of CZK 099, NEO silver at a price of CZK 1, it already includes 299G. You will also receive 5 minutes to foreign networks. NEO Golden then it also offers 1 GB of data outside the EU, but it already costs CZK 1 per month. In all cases, the price shown is with a commitment for 599 months, otherwise you will pay an additional 24 CZK every month.
Update:
For the T-mobile Unlimited XL plan, information about Internet speeds was erroneously provided. So the first 15 GB here run at the speed that the network allows, other data is then available at a maximum speed of 10 MB/s. The misleading headline was edited and other appropriate tariffs were added.
Totally out of the question, t-mobile offers the first 15GB of unlimited speed, then 10Mb/s. At least verify what you write, otherwise it has zero value.
Yes, thank you for the warning, the text has already been corrected in the article.
You're off anyway... Your 10MB/s is 8x more than the actual 10MB/s. Throughout the article…
You are completely out of line 🤣🤣🤣 just throwing dirt nothing more
What about 5G L at T-Mobile? It has 40 GB full speed and then 20 mbps (for 1075). Plus, the unlimited xl has 15 GB full speed and then 10 mbps. That's how meaningless the article is if you don't include relevant information...
Hello, thanks for your comment, we have added the tariff.
What about the headline? What's so great about O2? From my point of view it offers the best price / performance ratio Vodafone O2 is the worst.
And with those ties, it's also misleading information. Although O2 offers better prices in exchange for a contract formally for two years, in fact (by law) it can be canceled after three months.
That's exactly how it was, I was paying O2 4500 a month, I agreed that I wanted to leave them, suddenly I was paying 1500 and now I'm paying 3500 again
Thanks for the comment, we have edited the misleading headline.
It's probably just a paid advertisement for O2, Adam just wanted to make some extra money at the beginning of the year. Otherwise, it is impossible for him not to understand "Speed 10 Mb/s, first 15 GB full speed". There is nothing misleading about it, it is deliberate disinformation, when Adam writes that the tariff goes 10 Mb/s and then it will probably slow down to 2 Mb/s. He cooks from water and miserably.
Exactly.
Thank you for the comment. This is not an advertisement, just my mistake because I didn't notice the text. Sorry for the misinformation, the article has already been updated.
You will also find out how much data you have as part of Roaming. Vodafone is the best in this. I charge 64 GB within the EU + some other countries in Europe. So Vodafone for CZK 799 is absolutely TOP! And the 2 discount on the device is for a 2-year commitment. So, Vodafone is enough for 799 CZK per month, you have unlimited data in CR at the best 4G speed, and if you are outside CR in the EU, you have 64 GB of data per month. Hide the terms behind. Easy.
And do you happen to know if Vodafone is already launching a 5G network abroad? Personally, I use T-Mobile and I usually only have 8 GB, but in Germany I am on 5G almost everywhere....
Pure truth Vodafone the best I had it for 10 years
Where did the decree end? They read about "unlimited tariffs", which must not be limited in speed or volume, otherwise they must not be called "unlimited"?
In my opinion, T-Mobile comes out best, not o2
No offense, but it would be good to put the sentence "Unlike Vodafone and T-Mobile, there is no speed limit, so you will go 10 Mb/s all the time".
For one thing, you're contradicting yourself there - 10 Mb/s is a speed limit, plus o2 has the worst offer. Then here they are, and rightfully so. Next time.. well, I think you already know, there's plenty on top of it :D I wish you a pleasant evening
For CZK 1950 fixed internet at the cottage with Vodafone, 4 SIM cards with 30Gb data + social, video and audio passes. Thanks to the passes, data consumption is almost zero. Great for me!
I would supplement the Interner unlimited tariff from T-Mobile. First 30GB full speed, then 10Mb/s. There are no calls or SMS in the price of CZK 675, but the plan includes more data without speed limits and is significantly cheaper compared to an unlimited plan that also includes calls. A minute costs CZK 3,50, but if you call less than two hundred even at this price, it is paradoxically more advantageous, as fully unlimited costs just CZK 875, but again only with 15GB full speed. When I realize the modern way of communication through various messengers for contact with friends and family, this can be an interesting alternative in regular tabular price lists. And honestly, I'd rather roll over 100GB of data and pay for 5 minutes of calls than pay for unlimited calls that I won't use. Even if I spend 300 CZK once a year, it is still more profitable for me in the long run.
