If we are talking about iOS 16.4, you will actually only learn about Settings: "This update brings 21 new emojis and includes other improvements, bug fixes, and security updates for your iPhone." But isn't that a bit much?
Only when you click on the offer Additional information, you will read more after all. Here is a point-by-point description of what improvements and bug fixes the update brings. Even so, something is still missing here. This is because there are some functions that are not mentioned in these notes at all, but are part of the new system. Specifically, in the case of iOS 16.4, it is the 5G Standalone function, i.e. a separate 5G, or the reintroduction of the new HomeKit architecture.

Displaying the album on the lock screen has been working for me since 16.4.
The main camera does not focus for me
