Developer Tim Beaudet apparently wants to make the most of the upcoming Easter holiday season. Just a few days before Good Friday, his new game Eggcelerate arrived on Steam. A cheesy racing affair about scrambling eggs for the Easter Bunny probably wouldn't get that much attention, and that's a shame, because the game looks like a good amount of low-key fun.

Your task in the game is simple – reach the end of the racing track. The catch is that you have a container attached to the roof of your vehicle and the fragile eggs roll in it. If you drop one, you go through the whole level again. It's so clear from the bottom line that you won't be accelerating in Eggcelerate on normal, straight race tracks. Unfortunately, the developer has decided to throw a lot of different obstacles at you, which are designed to make your already difficult task even more unpleasant. Jumpers, fallen trees, roundabouts or even huge fists await you on the tracks, which will deprive you of your valuable cargo in an instant. You have to proceed with the utmost caution, you won't be able to stand very well here with the gas pressed and the occasional turn.

As you can see from the pictures, the cars in the game don't exactly look like racing stingers. Despite the fact that you will be driving similar vans for most of the game, Eggcelerate does not deprive you of the opportunity to improve them to your liking. Unlocking a lot of different vehicle skins, as well as different eggs and bowls for them, awaits you. These exist as rewards that will motivate you to master each of the levels as best as possible. Due to this feature of the game, the developer himself recommends it as a fun streaming option.
