Pavel Jelic Apple introduced several brand new products today at this year's fall conference. Specifically, of course, we are primarily talking about the new iPhones 14 (Plus) and 14 Pro (Max). In addition to them, however, we also saw the introduction of three new Apple Watches, namely the Series 8, the SE of the second generation and the brand new Pro series. The icing on the cake is the launch of the second generation of AirPods Pro, for which we have been waiting for several long months.

For several weeks, maybe even months, before the introduction of the new iPhone 14 (Pro), there were rumors that Apple would have to increase the price of its products due to the current world situation. These fears have been fulfilled, perhaps too much. The basic iPhone 14 Pro will now cost you CZK 33, while you could buy last year's iPhone 490 Pro for "only" CZK 13. That's a difference of 28 CZK for the base model alone. Apple was expected to deploy 990 GB of storage as the base capacity of the new iPhone 4 Pro (Max), thus getting rid of the insufficient 500 GB, while at the same time increasing the price, which would be justified in a way. However, this did not happen and the basic capacity of 256 GB remains.
