The iPad is one of the biggest sellers. Even used models are more sought after than new Android tablets. But if you have a man, in addition, if the police record identifies him as a man with a distinct gold tooth, will want to sell an iPad he allegedly bought for $300 for $180, something must be wrong.

Unfortunately, a certain Ashley McDowell (22) "stumbled upon" this offer.

Two dark-skinned men approached Ashley in the McDonald's parking lot and offered her an iPad for $300. They say they bought iPads in large quantities, so they can sell them at such low prices with zero profit. That's nice of them, isn't it? But Ashley replied that she only had $180 on her. The men surprisingly accepted the offer. Apparently, the shopper was so happy that she didn't even check the contents of the box. But what, for that price I can buy maybe three, she thought.

After arriving and unpacking the box, Ashley was in for an unpleasant surprise. Instead of an iPad, there was just a piece of cardboard in the box. But be careful, so that you don't regret buying it too much, the fraudsters pasted the wallpaper and icons known from iOS behind the front of the cardboard. Then they attached a white bitten apple to the back. We certainly cannot deny them a sense of humor.

Lessons for others? You certainly won't buy a new iPad for a third of the price in the McDonald's parking lot ;-)
