The Verge on the sale of the Microsoft tablet at the Stamples chain:
Microsoft plans to reduce the price of its Surface RT tablets. Sources familiar with plans for Microsoft Surface The Verge They revealed that prices could drop as early as next week, with each model being $150 cheaper. Microsoft's move to cut prices for its Surface RT tablet comes after weak sales in an effort to sell the device elsewhere at a lower price. The software maker recently launched its education program, selling the Surface RT to schools for $199, and has been clearing inventory of its devices at the recent Tech-Ed and Worldwide Partner conferences.
Although there is no significant reduction in prices globally, it certainly does not mean anything positive. Apparently, Office on the tablet doesn't play as big a role as Microsoft thought, and it's possible that it will be sold out like RIM's PlayBook or HP's TouchPad.
Jojo at TechEd I got a Surface RT for 79 EUR. Well, don't buy it. :)
So for the money it's clear :)
Free dear ;)
where can you buy it for 79 euro? :)
You can still have more fun and get more work done on a W RT tablet than on an iPad... W8 tablets are now second to none in terms of usability.
It depends on the job. I have an iPad and an Asus TX300, i.e. a 13″ tablet with W8 full version, and the Windows Store is totally dead, compared to the App Store and the Android Market, it’s a total flop… :(
Of course, and that's why no one buys it. Good joke.
And still? Has it ever worked?
How on earth can I have fun and get more work done if there are no apps for that? Wake up. She is not just one kind of work.
Yes. Especially here, Apple has zero marketing value. In contrast, Microsoft is pushing Surface advertising everywhere and embarrassing Apple. You must not believe just any article. It's just that the good things will be shouted out just as much as the bad, and nothing will help.
