Jan Zdarsa Apple updated the online store today and once again we were wondering if it was just maintenance or if new products were coming. And now we really got some news, from today you can buy the Magic Trackpad or the new Apple iMac models. And even an Apple battery charger!
Magic Trackpad
The Magic Trackpad has been rumored several times, and Apple has finally decided to launch the device without much fanfare - after all, it's just an accessory. Thanks to the Magic Trackpad, you can now, for example, scroll through pdf files naturally with your fingers. The Magic Trackpad is 80% larger than the trackpad in the Macbook Pro, so you have plenty of room for finger gestures. You connect it to the Mac via Bluetooth, it will be powered by two batteries. As with the Macbook Pro, the entire trackpad is also one large button. You can purchase the Magic Trackpad for $69.
New Apple iMac
The lowest line of iMacs comes with Intel Core i3, while the highest line of iMac 27″ you can even choose Intel Core i7! Apple is also making a full return to ATI graphics cards. The new SDXC slot for SD cards, SDHC cards and new SDXC cards that support sizes up to 2TB also appeared in iMacs! You can view the complete configuration here:

Apple Pencil Battery Charger
Have you ever thought that you would like to buy a battery charger from Apple? I have to admit that I really don't. But I'm thinking about it after today! :) The new Apple charger should charge much more efficiently, so it should save energy. The batteries should last a very long time when charged, and the total lifespan that Apple claims is 10 years (with normal use in Apple products) is also incredible. Apple supplies the charger for $29 with 6 NiMH batteries. In my opinion, this is an attractive price, although maybe only for us in the Czech Republic and in the US it is not such a blockbuster. The charger should also save time after recharging the batteries, when consumption drops to just 30 milliwatts, which is ten times less than the industry average, according to Apple.
New Mac Pro and Apple LED 27″ Cinema
If you want a Mac Pro or a giant screen from Apple, now is the time. In addition to the new Mac Pro models, you can also find the brand new Apple LED 27″ Cinema Display on the Apple website.
If apple added a pencil and wacom-like accuracy, I wouldn't hesitate..
When will the new iMacs be available here (in the Czech Republic and Slovakia)?
Well maybe...they canceled the 24 inch cinema??....:-(
