Every day, in this column, we will bring you a more detailed look at a selected application that has just caught our attention. Here you will find applications for productivity, creativity, utilities, but also games. It won't always be the hottest news, our goal is primarily to highlight apps that we think are worth paying attention to. Today we will introduce the Time Out application for planning breaks.

We all deserve a break from time to time. But not all of us can order it on time and voluntarily. Fortunately, there are apps that will take on this task for you. Breaks will not only relieve us mentally, but also physically - sitting for hours in one position and staring at the monitor is not healthy for anyone. The Time Out app will not only relieve your brain, but also your eyesight and back.

In the Time Out application, you can set two different types of breaks – a classic, roughly ten-minute break that will repeat at hourly intervals, and a micro-break. It takes only fifteen seconds and the application will remind you every fifteen minutes if set. During micro-breaks, you can, for example, exercise your eyesight or stretch your neck. Of course, you can order your own breaks at intervals and lengths that suit you.

But Time Out is not limited to simply setting breaks, their length and intervals - in the application you can choose how the break will remind you, you can set exceptions for selected applications open in the foreground or assign keyboard shortcuts to individual actions.
