Being able to organize your day is important. Whether it's study, work or family, it's always useful to have everything planned, thought out, noted, and to have a constant overview of your affairs. However, it is not always a task that only our mind and memory can handle perfectly and completely. That's why there are applications that will help us organize practically anything from start to finish. One of them is NotePlan – a planner for macOS that helps you organize more than just work matters.

The NotePlan application works very simply and at the same time smartly. It will allow you to capture even the most general ideas and gradually expand on them. You can write practically anything in it – random ideas, to-do lists, quotes and notes of all kinds. Everything you wrote in the application can then be scheduled into your day, and you can assign a date and time to each item. NotePlan also allows you to set longer-term goals and gradually achieve them. Integration with the calendar and reminders on your Mac will help you do this.

In NotePlan, you can also plan your daily routine and (un)accomplished tasks and events retrospectively evaluate, check, or postpone them to another time. You can literally customize the appearance of the application, it goes without saying that it supports dark mode and simple switching between different types of display.
