The new "Pročka" will receive a chip with a 10-core CPU (with 8 powerful and 2 energy-saving cores) and in the case of the GPU we will be able to choose from two variants. Specifically, there will be a choice of 16-core and 32-core versions, which should increase the graphics performance incredibly. The operating memory should also improve, which will increase from a maximum of 16 GB to up to 64 GB. The same is also offered by the current 16″ version from 2019. The new chip should also bring support for more Thunderbolt ports.

He mentioned that we will see more CPU cores, GPU cores, support for more monitors, more Thunderbolts, better webcams, SD card readers, power recovery via MagSafe and the like. At the same time, he specified the name of the upcoming chip. It has been speculated for a long time whether Apple will name this new piece M2 or M1X. According to the developer, it should be the second variant, as it will be a kind of superstructure of the original M1 chip, which will only receive the mentioned improvements. As for the removal of the inscription from the bottom of the display, we can say with certainty that it is nothing unrealistic. After all, Apple decided to take the same step in the case of the new 24″ iMac with M1. In any case, the 14″ and 16″ MacBook Pro should approach the iPad Pro in terms of design, bringing sharper edges and thinner bezels, due to which the inscription will be removed.
