It's been two days since the launch of the new Macbook Pro and they are starting to appear first impressions of the new Macbook and Macbook Pro. And not all the information is entirely positive. For example, the Nvidia 9400M graphics card in Apple's new line of laptops was found to does not support the so-called Geforce Boost. To give you a closer look, this is a technology where we will use the performance of both graphics at the same time to increase the graphics performance, which could be good, for example, when playing games. This is a hardware limitation and Apple will not do anything about it.
Nvidia has announced that a new line of laptops supports ponly switching between integrated and dedicated graphics for energy saving and longer battery life known as HybridPower. Actually, even this is not perfect. There is no software driver for switching graphics, but everything must be switched in the system settings. And to make matters worse, there is to switch to the second graphics you must log out and log back into the system. But this could just be a software issue and hopefully it will change for the better in the future.
However, the Macbook Pro otherwise surprises in a rather positive way. At the weekend, I would like to bring you observations and first impressions, which are currently starting to appear on foreign websites!
I'm starting to like your blog, keep it up ;-)
@stn001: thanks, I'm trying.. :) I hope you can handle it. And if there is a topic that interests you or you have an idea for improvement, don't hesitate to write to me! There is nothing more important than your feedback.
Yes, I also like your blog and I wish you lots of energy, inspiration and ideas.
I agree with the above. I recently found this blog and will definitely book. I applaud…
I'm in Hong Kong now, and he just sent me an ibook on the weekend - 4 years old! problem-free use - display kaput.
So now I'm going to order a new macbook. Or old? Well, I'm still hesitating, but your blog is great!

@Pavelsan: It totally depends on you how much you want to put into it. In my opinion, it is ideal to buy a cheap Macbook or Macbook Pro in good condition, which I occasionally find somewhere... And wait until Snow Leopard is available before buying a new Macbook. The dollar has gone up significantly and now people sometimes sell Macbooks very cheap.. I have also seen white Macbooks for 15-16 thousand.. Or buy some refurbished Macbook Pro, Macbook Air in the US as you write here on the blog..
btw, I have a Macbook Pro for sale, 2,2Ghz, 8600GT, 2 years warranty for 29,- :)
