Here we focus exclusively on the main events and selected (interesting) speculations. So if you are interested in current events and want to be informed about the apple world, definitely spend a few minutes on the following paragraphs.

Logitech has started selling new accessories for the Mac

Apple computers are hugely popular worldwide. The same applies to original accessories such as the Magic Mouse or Magic Keyboard, which unfortunately some Apple users complain about. The biggest criticism of Apple is understandably due to higher prices. Fortunately, there are many other alternatives on the market that can reliably replace the mentioned products and are available at a lower price. Three new products from Logitech will be added to this group. Specifically, it is a mouse and two keyboards. Let's take a look together.

We will be the first to introduce the Logitech MX Keys keyboard, which is intended for Mac and will cost around three thousand crowns. It is a very pleasant product with an elegant backlight, thanks to which it will not betray you, for example, in the dark. The keyboard is complemented by a USB-C/USB-C cable that is used for charging. And how is the battery itself? According to the official documentation, the MX Keys should last ten days on a single charge, while if you completely turn off the mentioned backlight, you will get up to five months. Another huge advantage is that this keyboard allows you to quickly switch from MacBook to iPhone or iPad. We must also definitely not forget the function that can save the battery of the product itself. If you take your hands off the keyboard, the mentioned backlight turns off after a while, which is activated again when your hand approaches it.

Another product is the Logitech MX Master 3 Wireless Mouse, whose price tag will be very similar to the aforementioned keyboard. This product features an advanced 4K DPI Darkfield sensor that can virtually track your movement on any surface, including glass. In any case, the mouse catches your eye at first sight with MagSpeed technology and a perfect shape that immediately fits in your hand. As for the battery, it won't let you down. It can last up to 70 days on a single charge.

Last but not least, the Logitech K380 keyboard is waiting for us. You will surely be surprised by the fact that it targets iOS, iPadOS and macOS at the same time. This makes it a great solution, for example, for students or travelers who have these products with them all the time and are looking for a way to simplify their writing. The keyboard is of course very light and has a minimalist design, which makes it an ideal choice for the aforementioned trips. In terms of availability, the K380 should cost a little over a thousand and should be available in pink and white.

Gmail starts supporting Split View on iPadOS

Apple has been trying to bring its iPad closer to the Mac for a long time, as evidenced by the introduction of the iPadOS operating system, for example. The key to success in this regard is undoubtedly high-quality multitasking. In the case of iPads, it is taken care of, for example, by Split View, which allows users to work with two applications at the same time. However, the application itself must also be optimized for Split View. Google has recently updated its Gmail email client, which can handle this function easily. Thanks to this new feature, Apple users will be able, for example, to directly drag and drop photos from the Photos application into the detailed email without having to leave the application itself.

Song lyrics in  Music on Samsung Smart TV

Already in April, we informed you in our magazine about the cooperation between Apple and Samsung. They joined forces to bring Apple Music applications to Samsung smart TVs. As such, the application fulfills its purpose perfectly and it could be said that it does not lack much compared to the full-fledged version. Today, the owners of the mentioned televisions also received a function for displaying the lyrics of the song in real time. Thanks to this gadget, Apple fans can enjoy the text in the form of karaoke and possibly even sing the song. But this change only applies to TVs from 2018 to 2020.
