Yesterday published by MOGA as the first game controller for iOS 7 supporting Apple's standardized framework. Logitech was another company to sign up for the program, having previously teased us about the upcoming hardware with an image on its Facebook page, it also appeared leaked render. He also confirmed the true form of the controller. Today, Logitech officially released its PowerShell, a game controller for iPhone 5s, 5c and 5 and iPod touch 5th generation.

As in the case of the MOGA, it is a gaming case into which a phone or iPod must be inserted, it is connected via the Lightning connector built inside and, in addition to connecting to an iOS device, it can also charge it, the PowerShell contains a built-in 1500mAh battery, which is then recharged via a microUSB port. Apple supports two types of interface, standard and extended, Logitech chose the first option here. So it contains a directional controller, four main buttons and two shoulder buttons. Compared to the expanded interface that MOGA has, there are no analog sticks and another pair of shoulder buttons.

Logitech PowerShell is currently available in the US Apple Online Store and retail stores Best Buy for $99, distribution should expand over the next month. It will visit the Czech Republic in January 2014 for a price 2 599 $. Several mainstream games have already received support for game controllers, namely Dead Trigger 2, Limbo, Bastion, Asphalt 8 or Oceanborn. In addition to Logitech and MOGA, he is also expected to present his game controller Clam Case.
