V Etnetera Logicworks they are looking for a talented Apple technician, and since such a technician is not easy to find, they decided to go about it in a slightly unconventional way. You won't find any classic job ad, but a more human conversation about the company, work, team and expectations should tempt you. Ivan Malík, owner of Etnetera Logicworks, answers the questions.

In the previous months, Etnetera Logicworks experienced a number of changes. You launched a new website and blog, hired 2 new colleagues, contributed to significant profit of Etnetera Group. It looks like you are really doing well. What is the magic?
Hopefully the following lines will not sound like flattery, but above all in the new energy that the cooperation with other colleagues from Etnetera has injected into our veins. In our environment, we observe that if things are done well and with joy, not out of obligation, the result will soon come and the work will come by itself.

You are not a classic Apple service. What exactly do you do?
We are not a reseller or repair shop. The growth of our business consists in service for companies, focusing on the business segment. This brings with it more complex and complicated problems. A good example is the project where we connected the website with the database system. The competition rejected him, saying that she had never done anything like that in her life. We are able to come up with a new solution and implement it.

How many people does your team currently consist of?
At the moment, our stable has 7 horses.

What would a typical day of a talented Apple technician look like?
There is no exact definition of such a day. The common denominator of all working days is morning coffee and a short meeting. The next few hours are an adventure similar to a river – sometimes it is calm and clear, in other sections it is wild and unpredictable. The work includes training, consultations with clients and project proposals, which the technician then develops in the comfort of our office.

What do you expect from a new team member?
Good mood, zest for life and work. He should be a thoughtful and thoughtful person who understands problems as challenges and responds to assignments with the words "how could I do it?" instead of "I can't do this". Apple certification and industry experience are a welcome advantage, but not a strict requirement.

What makes your job really interesting and what makes it challenging?
The most interesting aspect of our work are meetings with interesting clients across many disciplines. Also the way the company works - we ride on a positive wave, we don't solve personal problems, we try to use our time as efficiently as possible. We value each other and colleagues' work well done.

On the other hand, the pace of life in the company is demanding. If we want to be the best in such a dynamic field, we have to keep up with it, pay attention to all incoming stimuli and spend a lot of time on self-education. Sometimes it means sacrificing work "something more" than usual.

What can a new technician look forward to?
He will come into contact with the latest technologies, we really work with the best in the field. He can confirm his professional qualities by obtaining a whole range of certificates. He will have a lot of room for personal development, he can become the head of the service department, go into business... Non-standard financial bonuses will certainly be an attraction. Of course, there is a nice work team!

A final word?
We are very much looking forward to our future colleague!
