This year, Samsung moved the display sizes of its basic models by 0,1 inches without increasing their size. He simply narrowed their frames. The Galaxy S24 thus has a display size of 6,2 inches, while the iPhone 15 is frozen at 6,1 inches. As for the resolution, it's 1080 x 2340 pixels for Samsung and 1179 x 2556 for Apple. However, the Galaxy S24 has an adaptive refresh rate from 1 to 120 Hz, as the iPhone 15 is fixed at 60 Hz. Samsung's novelty also has a brightness of 2 nits, but the iPhone 600 only reaches 15 nits.

Dimensions and durability
The Galaxy S24 has dimensions of 70,6 x 147 x 7,6 mm and weighs 168 g. In the case of the iPhone 15, it is 71,6 x 147,6 x 7,8 mm and weighs 171 g. Samsung thus shows a larger display in a smaller and with a slightly lighter body. So is he. Aluminum with back glass surface. The resistance is IP68 in both cases, although Apple adds that it is resistant to the ingress of water for up to 30 minutes at a depth of up to 6 meters, for Samsung it is only 1,5m depth for 30 minutes.

Performance and memory
Samsung's new product got its own Exynos 2400. Last year, Samsung took a break because the Exynos 2200 was much more criticized than praised. But there is no need to condemn him yet if we have no real experience. But the iPhone 15 has last year's A16 Bionic chip. It is therefore a somewhat controversial decision here as well. All Samsung memory variants (128 GB, 256 GB) have 8 GB of RAM, the iPhone has 6 GB of RAM, but you can also get it in a 512 GB version.

Apple completely ignores the telephoto lens in the entry-level iPhones, and it's a shame. The Galaxy S23 has it, even if it is the usual 10MPx with 3x zoom. Something is always better than nothing.

Batteries and others
Samsung's novelty will offer a 4mAh battery, the iPhone only has 000mAh. Samsung advertises a 3349% battery charge in 30 minutes, which is what Apple says as well. But it already supports the Qi50 wireless standard, Samsung does not and remains only on Qi. But it can reverse charge. In both cases, Bluetooth 2 is present, the Samsung has Wi-Fi 5.3E, the iPhone only Wi-Fi 6.
