Apple and Olivia Rodrigo have entered into a partnership in mutual cooperation – one presents their products and their capabilities through the other, and the other gets an interesting result through the first. What are we talking about? About the singer's new music video Brutal, for which the iPad also has considerable credit. After Olivia Rodrigo shared her Brutal clip, Apple also shared theirs, but only a nearly forty-second one showing the background behind the creation of the clip itself. It is interwoven with many masks that the main protagonist wears on her face. However, these were created on the iPad, using the Apple Pencil and the Procreate app and its FacePaint feature.

However, Apple's own campaign featuring Olivia Rodrigo encourages fans to create their own #BrutalMask to share on TikTok. While this isn't the first time Apple has teamed up with different artists to create different content, this campaign still stands out. Neither Selena Gomez with her song Lose You To Love Me, nor Lady Gaga with Stupid Love and their video clips shot on an iPhone encouraged fans and users of apple phones to take any action. In addition, this one does not focus on the phone, but on the tablet.

No complications

Let's forget whether you like the song or not. Let's focus on how the whole result looks like. I've been following Olivia since her debut, her music doesn't seriously appeal to me, on the other hand, fortunately, it doesn't offend me in any way. I saw the clip for Brutal before I actually knew there was any collaboration with Apple. And I'll admit, I liked him at first glance. Something similarly charged with energy hasn't been here for a long time.

You can watch the entire clip below:

But when a person sees something like this, he says to himself how much work is behind it and it is clear to him that he simply could not achieve similar effects on his own. However, in this way, Apple shows that it has succeeded and that it is actually not complicated at all. And what is more important, the result will look as professional as possible. It's just a matter of knowing what you want to say to the world. And because TikTok is an ever-growing phenomenon, Olivia and Apple have now given you a helping hand. Catching it and keeping it is up to you. I give up voluntarily, I'm probably a bit old for this.
