Apple always boasts the most important news during its announced presentations or keynotes. That's why several so-called Apple Events are held every year, when the giant from Cupertino presents the most important news - whether from the world of hardware or software. When will we see this year and what can we expect? This is exactly what we are going to shed light on together in this article. Apple holds 3 to 4 conferences every year.

March: Expected news

The first Apple Event of the year usually takes place in March. In March 2022, Apple boasted a number of interesting innovations, when it specifically presented, for example, the iPhone SE 3, Mac Studio or the Studio Display monitor. According to various leaks and speculations, this year's March keynote will revolve mainly around Apple computers. Apple is expected to finally reveal the long-awaited models to the world. It should be 14″ and 16″ MacBook Pro with M2 Pro / Max chips and Mac mini with M2. Undoubtedly, the biggest curiosity comes in connection with the Mac Pro computer, which represents the top of the range, but has not yet seen its transition to Apple's own Silicon chipsets. If the speculations are correct, then the wait will finally be over.

According to other reports, in addition to the computers themselves, we will also see a brand new display, which will once again expand the offer of apple monitors. Alongside the Studio Display and Pro Display XDR, a new 27″ monitor will appear, which should be based on mini-LED technology in combination with ProMotion, i.e. a higher refresh rate. In terms of positioning, this model will fill the current gap between existing monitors. We must also not forget to mention the expected arrival of the second generation HomePod.

June: WWDC 2023

WWDC is usually the second conference of the year. This is a developer conference where Apple primarily focuses on software and its improvements. In addition to systems such as iOS 17, iPadOS 17, watch10 10 or macOS 14, we should also expect complete innovations. Some experts believe that alongside the aforementioned systems, a complete newcomer named xrOS will also be introduced. It should be the operating system intended for Apple's expected AR/VR headset.

The presentation of the headset itself is also related to this. Apple has been working on it for years, and according to various reports and leaks, it's only a matter of time before it's introduced. Some sources even mention the arrival of the MacBook Air, which was not here yet. The new model should offer a significantly larger screen with a 15,5" diagonal, which Apple will complete its range of apple laptops. Apple fans will finally have a basic device at their disposal, but one that boasts a larger display.

September: The most important keynote of the year

The most important and, in a way, also the most traditional keynote comes (mostly) every year in September. It is precisely on this occasion that Apple presents the new generation of Apple iPhones. Of course, this year should not be an exception, and according to everything, the arrival of the iPhone 15 (Pro) awaits us, which, according to various leaks and speculations, should bring a considerable amount of major changes. It's not only in Apple circles that the transition from the Lightning connector to USB-C is most often talked about. In addition, we may be expecting a more powerful chipset, a name change and, in the case of the Pro models, quite possibly a huge leap forward in terms of camera capabilities. There is talk of the arrival of a periscopic lens.

Alongside the new iPhones, new generations of Apple watches are also being presented. The Apple Watch Series 9 will most likely be shown for the first time on this occasion, i.e. in September 2023. Whether we will see more September news is in the stars. The Apple Watch Ultra, and therefore also the Apple Watch SE, still have the potential to be upgraded.

October/November: Keynote with a big question mark

It is quite possible that we will have another final keynote at the end of this year, which could take place either in October or possibly in November. On this occasion, other novelties that the giant is currently working on could be revealed. But a huge question mark hangs over this whole event. It is not at all clear in advance whether we will see this event at all, or what news Apple will present on this occasion.

In any case, the apple growers themselves have the highest hopes for several products that could theoretically apply for the word. According to everything, it could be the 2nd generation AirPods Max, the new 24″ iMac with the M2 / M3 chip, the revived iMac Pro after a long time or the 7th generation iPad mini. The game also includes devices such as the iPhone SE 4, the new iPad Pro, a flexible iPhone or iPad, or even the long-known Apple Car. However, whether we will see this news is still unclear and we have no choice but to wait.
