Surely there is someone among you who does not know this very simple function. I have personally seen people who had to turn their iPhone upside down when shooting panoramas because the panorama arrow was pointing in a different direction than what they really wanted. I don't want to leave it at that, and I hope that thanks to this article, I will never again see people holding their iPhone upside down at overlooks and other great panorama spots. Let's see how to do it here.
Changing the orientation when shooting a panorama
This trick is perhaps the easiest I've ever written in my writing career.
- Let's open Camera
- Let's move on to the photo shoot Panorama
- Here we click on the arrow, which appears on the display
- After clicking on that arrow, the orientation of the panorama changes every time
As I've mentioned several times, the instructions are really simple, but I think that for people who didn't know this feature, this article can definitely help them when taking more panoramas.
Well, you couldn't choose a better photo than a black one with a few lights, right? ??♂️
I'm sorry, I just wrote the article at night :-D
Does it matter what is actually photographed? To show the function, it is practically one thing. Even if the background was completely black, it wouldn't matter at all in this case. But yes, the author could really put in the effort and find the top 20 most beautiful female athletes, line them up on the beach, topless, and take a panoramic photo. We could better imagine this function. :D
This 'tip' is here on the website somewhere after the third one :D
I'm a longtime iPhone user and I didn't know this, so thanks Jonas for the tip. There could be many more articles with instructions, tips and tricks on this website. It doesn't matter if they repeat themselves, repetition is the mother of wisdom.
Tutorials have been published every day since February :)
and if we want to take a picture of a waterfall, or maybe a chimney or a tall tree, we turn the phone over and instead of horizontally we "drive" it vertically :)
What is it good for? After all, men simply start taking pictures from the other end of the intended panorama, right? The photo will look the same.
:-) The picture is fine, it is enough for the given illustration. Otherwise, I use it often. However, I have a question about focus and exposure.
When I shoot at different distances and exposures, I can't manage to set different conditions. Ex. darkness at the edge, light in the middle, darkness at the other end.
It's either burnt or too dark (depending on the focus of the point)
The question is whether there is a possibility to continuously change the brightness. I click like crazy, but as soon as I start "panorama", the parameters are hard.
Thanks for any tip
Is it possible to set Panorama mode to landscape on iOS like on Android?
