Swede Lukasz Lindell on your blog about how they and their friends artificially created a rumor about asymmetric screws in the company:

"One afternoon we sketched the screw in a 3D program. A very strange screw where the head was not grooved or shaped like a star or pentalobe or anything else. It was a unique and very impractical shape. We made a render, emailed it to ourselves, took a screenshot of the image open, and anonymously uploaded the photo to a Reddit.com forum with the caption 'A friend took a picture of this a while back at a fruit company, apparently they even make their own screws.' Within hours, the "leaked photos" were picked up by magazines Cult of Mac, Wired, MacWorld and more. All reported reports of asymmetric screw production, Wired even carried out a thorough analysis of the possible impact on services and DIY. Here it is beautiful to see how easy it is to artificially create a journalistic duck, to the point where one doubts how many of the alleged leaks about the new iPhone and iPad mini are actually true…
