If you have already been vaccinated and have a social security number and you provided your mobile phone during vaccination, proceed as follows:
- Open the app on your iPhone Safari.
- To the search enter the address ocko.uzis.cz and tap on Open (if you're reading this article on an iPhone, just tap the link and you'll be redirected to it).
- Go down here and enter your birth number and ID number.
- It will come to your phone number SMS message with a code that you enter in the displayed field. You can fill it in automatically directly from the message directly in the browser.
- Click on Log in. Now to you will display your certificate.
- To save it to your device, tap share, i.e. the icon of a square with an arrow.
- Select a menu here Save to Files (if you don't have the Files app installed, download it from the App Store).
- Now open the app Files.
- Select an offer Downloading, as the case may be On my iPhone.
- Here you will already see your certificate, which will probably bear the name CertifikatTestu and will have a download time.
- Tapping on it will open it and you can present it if needed.
