All you have to do is install the Alzy mobile application and, in the case of picking up goods at a branch, notify the store in advance that you are coming and "activate" the pick-up process. As soon as you do so, the store will start preparing your order for delivery, even though you are not yet physically in the store. All you have to do is arrive, wait for the number under which the order is hidden and you're done.
