The developers did not forget to support the application for iPad, Apple Watch and iMessage, so Headspace does not stand out from the Apple ecosystem. There are a limited number of meditation tools in the basic version, but after purchasing Headspace Plus you will be able to browse hundreds of meditation plans and soothing songs in addition to the ability to connect with experts. You will find quite a few functions in the premium membership, but the price is 309 CZK per month or 2250 CZK per year, which for many is an unacceptable amount for software of a similar kind.

After registration, you enter your age, how advanced you are in mindfulness and in which area you would like to improve mentally or improve your mental well-being. Smiling Mind then suggests tailor-made programs for you.

MyLife Meditation

The biggest disadvantage of MyLife Meditation is that the basic version opens you up to very few relaxation exercises, but after purchasing a premium membership, the situation changes dramatically. Not only do you have a choice of many mindfulness plans that the software personalizes for you, but you also get many features that you would have a hard time finding in some competing programs. There is a timer where you can set how long you want to meditate, it is also possible to choose plans exactly according to your mood and many other functions. A monthly subscription will cost you 289 CZK, and an annual subscription will cost you 1699 CZK.

Calm

As the name suggests, this app can put you in rest mode, no matter what situation you're in. When meditating, you can choose whether you want to focus on your mind for 3, 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 minutes, if you would like something more, you can play soothing music or stories to think about or before going to sleep. Unfortunately, they are in English, but thanks to this you will combine relaxation with deepening of language knowledge. In addition to the application for an Apple smartphone, you can also enjoy Calm on the iPad, Apple TV or on the smaller display of the Apple Watch. For advanced functions, it is possible to activate a subscription, which, however, does not cost a very low amount of money. There are several different plans available that vary in price depending on the features you prefer.
