Spring break is really just around the corner in some regions. Many students are planning a trip to nature with other classmates, or perhaps with their parents. Although these trips are often positive and full of energy, there can be a twist and the whole trip can suddenly turn into a living hell. Even before you go on a trip, you should set up a Medical ID that can help first responders and other people. So how to do it?

Setting up the Health ID feature

Health ID is one of the absolute basics that everyone should have set up on their iPhone. It is a kind of card in which you can find all the information about your health. In addition to your name and date of birth, height, weight, emergency contacts, health problems, medical records, allergies and reactions, or medications are recorded here. You can also set the blood group or information about organ donation to be displayed here. If you want to set up a Health ID, you can do so in Settings, where scroll down and click the option Health. Then click on the option here Health ID, which you press the button Adjust at the top right of the screen to edit.

Once you've set up your Health ID, you can easily view it whenever you need it. On locked On the iPhone, just press the option to display the Health ID Crisis situation, and then the option in the lower left corner Health ID. In unlocked iPhone 7 and older enough for display Health ID hold the side (top) button, and then swipe the slider Health ID. In an unlocked iPhone 8 and later at the same time is enough hold the side button together with one of volume buttons, and then swipe the slider Health ID.
