Every year, Apple boasts a number of interesting new products. Every September we can look forward to, for example, a new line of Apple phones, which undoubtedly attract the greatest attention of fans and users in general. The iPhone can be considered Apple's main product. Of course, it doesn't end with him. In the offer of the apple company, we continue to find a number of Mac computers, iPad tablets, Apple Watch watches and many other products and accessories, from AirPods, through Apple TV and HomePods (mini), to various accessories.

So there is definitely a lot to choose from, and to make matters worse, new products are constantly coming out with more novelties. However, we encounter a minor problem in this direction. Some apple growers have been complaining about relatively weak innovations for a long time. According to them, Apple is noticeably stuck and does not innovate much. So let's look at it in a little more detail. Is this statement true, or is there something else entirely behind it?

Does Apple bring poor innovation?

At first glance, the claim that Apple brings relatively weak innovations is, in a way, correct. When we compare the leaps between, for example, earlier iPhones and today's ones, then there is no doubt about it. Today, revolutionary innovations simply do not come every year, and from this point of view it is clear that Apple is a bit stuck. However, as is usual in the world, it is of course not that simple. It is necessary to take into account the speed at which the technology itself is developing and how quickly the overall market is moving forward. If we take this factor into account and look again at the mobile phone market, for example, we can say that the Cupertino company is doing quite well. Although slower, still decent.

But that brings us back to the original question. So what is responsible for the widespread perception that Apple has fundamentally slowed down in innovation? Rather than Apple, the often overly futuristic leaks and speculations may be to blame. Not infrequently, news describing the arrival of completely fundamental changes spreads through the apple-growing community. Subsequently, it does not take long for this information to spread very quickly, especially if it deals with major changes, which can raise expectations in the eyes of fans. But when it comes to the final breaking of bread and the real new generation is revealed to the world, there can be a big disappointment, which then goes hand in hand with the claim that Apple is stuck in place.

On the other hand, there is still a lot of room for improvement. In many ways, the Cupertino company could also be inspired by its competition, which applies across its entire portfolio, regardless of whether it is iPhone, iPad, Mac, or whether it is not directly about software or entire operating systems.
