The Apple Watch remains popular, but the entire market is falling with it (20/7)

Apple Watch has been leading the sales charts in the smart watch market for several quarters. According to all surveys, people are most satisfied with the Apple Watch. This is proven by the latest published survey by IDC, where the Apple Watch is still among the best-selling smart watches.

In the second quarter, 1,6 million were sold, commanding a forty-seven percent market share. In second place was Samsung, which sold one million watches less, i.e. roughly six hundred thousand. Samsung's share is then estimated at sixteen percent. Right behind are the companies LG and Lenovo, which sold three hundred thousand units. In last place is Garmin, which controls four percent of the market.

However, year-on-year developments clearly speak against Apple. The overall decline in the smartwatch market is a significant 55 percent, which can be explained by the fact that people are already waiting for a new model.

Apple faces lawsuit for exchanging used iPhones under AppleCare+ (20/7)

The dispute is taking place again in the USA, specifically in California. According to users, Apple allegedly violates the prescribed conditions in the mentioned services. At the same time, only two injured customers are leading the entire lawsuit. It is therefore very likely that the lawsuit has no chance of success and is only an attempt to get some money from Apple in the form of compensation.
