Monster Accuses Apple of Bullying It in iOS Accessory Program (16/6)

Apple has removed accessory maker Monster from its MFi (Made for iPhone) program, which could mean a big loss of profits for a company that has been working with Apple for several years, especially in the headphone sector. In addition, Monster accused the Californian company of doing so because of a lawsuit that Monster filed against Beats, with whom it worked for a long time even before the acquisition by Apple. However, Beats sold half of its company to HTC, which led to the end of cooperation with Monster. Such treatment, according to Monster, shows a side of Apple that its customers just don't see. As of September, Monster will no longer be considered an official Apple partner.

The new iPhone is to be made of 7000 Series aluminum (June 17)

One of the analysts with the most accurate predictions about Apple, Ming-Chi Kuo, predicts that the new iPhone 6s will be made of 7000 Series aluminum, the same material used to make the Apple Watch Sport. This type of aluminum is lighter and at the same time much more durable. The dimensions of the iPhone could also change, but only slightly. The width and length of the iPhone should increase by 0,15 mm due to the new material, and the thickness could then increase by 0,2 mm due to the Force Touch technology. The new iPhones should also be available in rose gold, while the Space Gray version should be blacker, according to Kuo, just like the Californian company's watches.
