According to the latest report, A9 processors should really be manufactured by Samsung (April 2)

According to the magazine Bloomberg will Samsung really make the latest A9 processors for Apple. In recent months, there have been debates about whether Samsung will continue to manufacture the chip, or whether Apple, due to disputes with its South Korean rival, will choose Taiwan's TSMC, with which it signed a contract in 2013.

Thanks to investments in new technologies, however, Samsung won - the A9 will be manufactured using the 14nm process, which will allow it to be not only smaller, but also much more powerful with lower consumption. In addition, TSMC CEO Morris Chang recently confirmed to investors that his company lost the battle with Samsung and thus will not be able to produce the most advanced chips in 2015, but he also noted that in 2016 everything should turn in TSMC's favor.

Force Touch could come only for the larger iPhone 6S Plus and respond to contact size instead of pressure (2.)

According to a Taiwanese daily Economic Daily News Force Touch technology will appear this September only on the larger version of the iPhone, i.e. the iPhone 6s Plus. Such an advantage would not be foreign to Apple recently - unlike its smaller version, the iPhone 6 Plus has an optical stabilizer or a landscape mode.

In addition, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo claims that Force Touch should work differently on iPhones than, for example, on a 12-inch MacBook. Instead of the sensor recording how much pressure is pressed on the screen, the iPhone should only be interested in how large an area the user's finger is pressing on. Only then would he calculate how much pressure the finger is creating. It is not yet clear where exactly Apple will place the new display layer. Exclusivity for the larger iPhone is not certain either.
