The last few days have been marked by news in the field of office applications. For the recent one performance Microsoft Office for iPad Apple has decided to respond by releasing a much-needed update to iWork. New features and improvements can be found in the versions for iCloud, iOS and Mac.
The most anticipated change from today's package of improvements is the updated look of iWork pro iCloud, which was originally wrapped in the outdated design pattern of iOS 6. All three of its components, Pages, Numbers i Keynote, are now free from shiny plastic elements and fit into Apple's new design line.
In addition to the updated look, the new cloud version of iWork also includes improved text wrapping, several new templates, and support for retina display devices. There's also been more integration between browser apps, and iCloud Mail can now open attachments directly in iWork for iCloud.
The collaborative part of the package has also received a pleasant change, all three applications now allow file sharing with the "read-only" option. This means that we can allow the recipient to open and read an important document, but not edit it.
You can find the most important news and improvements in the following list:

PS: the top black on iWork for iCloud is terrible. I don't know why it's not like on iOS. At least not like on a Mac.
PS2: keynote for icloud still can't do all transitions or display text/image animations, let alone create.
Why can't apple start supporting basic font from offline?
Basic font from office? Is it just a question of whether you have a font loaded in the system or not?
I wrote this about ios devices…
Hello, I am not very happy with the update for OS X. I have messed up formatting for documents and spreadsheets in Numbers, so half a year's worth of work sucks…. I print e.g. labels or self-adhesive labels and all the templates, dimensions and framing of individual cells are basically rubbish... With a tear in my eye, I remember the old versions of iWork...
