You really are nothing special, it was enough for me to file a complaint with iWant 2 days after buying a Mac at the opening in Jihlava (a manufacturing defect). Absolute disinterest on their part. Apple premium reseller means nothing at all, added value 0, but the added price is quite high. Never more.
