Today's review will be dedicated to software that will surely interest all students who are interested in comprehensive management of study time. The iStudiez app will always notify you of an upcoming lesson, assignment completion, and more. You will learn more in the following lines.
All in all, iStudiez can be summed up in one sentence as an advanced planner for students on Mac, iPhone and iPad. But it doesn't end there. The description of the application says that it is intended for both students and teachers who want to keep a diary of their lessons and also for parents who want to have an overview of their children's academic life. However, I will focus on this application from the student's point of view.

So I'll start from the beginning. iStudiez supports multiple semesters, which you can freely create, name, insert your selected courses into, and assign specific times to the courses and a lot of other things.
In addition to the mentioned time, you can add to each lesson, of course, the date, the length of the lesson itself, the designation of the "room" in which the lesson takes place, the name of the lecturer who delivers the lesson and the repetition of this lesson during the week. The display is also useful Today, so displaying tasks only for today. In this view, everything is very clearly arranged, according to time sequence. If the lesson is currently in progress, the time remaining until its end is also displayed.

As for lecturers, in the application you can easily create a list of them with information such as e-mail, phone number or photo, so it is not a problem to contact the lecturer directly from the application.
You can also add holidays, where you can also set deadlines, e.g. submission of the assignment, if it is during the holiday period, to the next day after the holiday.
One of the main advantages of iStudiez Pro is the so-called cloud synchronization, which guarantees you always up-to-date data in all your devices. It works really well and it must be said that some developers should take the example and go the way of cloud synchronization.

I would rate iStudiez as a very successful planner for students with really eye-catching graphics. You will find here everything that a student could wish for from an application of this kind. Cloud synchronization contributes significantly to the overall impression, and the iStudiez for iPhone and iPad team becomes a full-fledged member of the desktop version. I definitely rate the fact that you only need to purchase one application for iPhone and iPad for an affordable price of €2,39 as a big plus. There is also a Lite version in the App Store, which does not support push notifications and a few other functions, but before buying, I recommend you try it and see if it suits you.
iTunes App Store - iStudiez Lite - Free
iTunes App Store - iStudiez Pro - €2,39
Mac App Store - iStudiez Pro - €7,99
PS: Do you like the new style of video previews?
Really great app, I can only recommend it. She made it much easier for me to organize my university studies.
I wonder if we use the same app... I've been using iStudiz for about a year. Originally only on the iPhone, to which a desktop version was added from the day of release (I bought it about 2 minutes after the author tweeted that Apple would finally approve it) ... and the applications themselves and the ecosystem they create are great, but the sync definitely does not work as flawlessly as it does here the author of the article describes. it often happens/happened to me that both (iPhone/Mac) versions are not 100% synchronized. sometimes I'm lucky enough to create a reminder several times, tick off the ones I've already checked off, and some course adjustments are reconciled quite late. for example... when I added/changed the room data in my iPhone for one hour (class) on the desktop, the change was not made at all, and to make matters worse, the change disappeared from the iPhone. I don't know, and maybe the bugs I described here have already been removed or the fact that I'm still using an "old" slightly physically broken - but otherwise fully functional iPhone 3G is to blame. but I believe that such mistakes will gradually be removed and I can't wait to see what the authors will bring us.
Yes, we always have apps for something above the app, this is one of them.
is this application also suitable for high school/university high school students or is it primarily intended for university students? thank you for answer
I'm on Octave and I'm using the app to the fullest! :)
The application is very nicely presented and clear.
By the way, your video demonstration of the application is excellent. Thanks.
I've been using it for the 4th semester and I'm rather disappointed, at the beginning of a new semester the notification about the start of the next lecture/exercise works, but after some time it "breaks" and the application stops notifying me.
I liked the notification, for example, in a situation where in the morning after the alarm goes off, I'm overslept, wondering if it's an even/odd week and if I should get up and go or lie still.
The app also doesn't want to show things from the normal calendar on the phone (I've enabled it).
In short, it's good - it's fine for an overview of subjects and playing with icons and entering tasks and grades, but because it always stops alerting me after a short time and doesn't want to display other calendars, I don't use it.
I have entered 5 tasks for today, but in the Today tab it shows me that I am free today.. the tab does not show tasks today? or what does the tab show today?
