Hello. I would like to draw everyone's attention to the negative experience with the service of this store. After upgrading to the iP6, I had the ON/OFF button and battery replaced in the iP4S with the most current IOS. The next day I picked up the phone with the assurance that the battery was new and the button replaced. When I received it, it seemed to me that it did not have the right response to pressure. After 4 days I got to activate the phone for my girlfriend. The battery was at 100% in the morning and hardly used it during the day. After about 9 hours, it was still completely exhausted. I note that location services, the parallax phenomenon and all services that uselessly drain the battery have been turned off. After checking in SW iBackupbot, which showed me 1386 charging cycles for the replaced battery, I decided to claim both replacements. Even the ON/OFF button didn't have the right response. During the complaint, the seller insisted that the exchange had been made and that the complaint was unjustified. After submitting the report from the iBackupbot SW, he not only proceeded with the complaint, but also informed me that at the time of the exchange, the batteries for the iP4S were not available. But I had the battery replacement invoiced on the invoice... He couldn't explain it to me believably. I was worried about leaving the phone there again, but didn't want to proceed with a partial refund. I was willing to discuss the amount, but he refused. Only re-exchange, with the provision that he will give it to "another technician" and that he will take care of the exchange. After picking up the phone again, along with a 200 CZK discount coupon for the next purchase as compensation, the ON/OFF button worked much better and felt almost like a new phone. That was OK. However, the battery did have a charge cycle count of “0” in iBackupbot, which again seemed suspicious to me, but so be it. In normal use, however, the battery does not last nearly as long as before the replacement... Today I know that I would definitely not have my phone serviced there again!!!
