iPhones are generally considered to be quality smartphones that do not require servicing as often as phones from some other brands. However, even Huawei smartphones are not doing badly in this regard.

The Belgian company Harris Interactive decided to examine more than 130 thousand interventions carried out in the European retail chain Darty, specializing in electronics. Based on this survey, it compiled a list of brands that required the fewest warranty repairs.

The top three ranks were occupied by Apple smartphones, but also by Huawei and Honor, which falls under Huawei. According to a Harris Interactive report, phones from these brands have the lowest failure rate, or are the least prone to failure during the warranty period.

But the study reveals a number of other interesting findings. One of them is, for example, the fact that the average smartphone ownership time is currently three years. It is also interesting that the highest part (54%) of warranty repairs involves interventions requiring spare parts.

In addition to smartphones, the company Harris Interactive also monitored the mentioned aspects for other electronic goods, such as kitchen appliances, cleaning tools or even laptops. It is in the last-mentioned category that Apple earned first place, and MacBooks are thus among the most reliable portable computers. You can get the complete report view here.
