During the keynote, we did not learn too many technical details about the new iPhones - the presentation only revealed what Apple wanted to release to the public. For more specific specifications, we had to wait for it to appear somewhere because, for example, Apple does not list RAM or battery capacity on its website. Yesterday, however, the first information appeared abroad from the Chinese regulatory authority under the Ministry of Technology and Communications, to which Apple must report its news before entering the market there. And it is these that reveal the specific specifications of the phones.

Apple has to provide relatively detailed information about the devices it wants to sell in the Chinese market. The document thus contains information thanks to which we can connect the overall hardware mosaic of the new iPhones together. It has been confirmed that the iPhone XS and XS Max have the same capacity of operating memory, i.e. 4 GB.

In terms of battery capacity, the smaller iPhone XS has a 2 mAh battery, which is slightly less than last year's iPhone X (658 mAh). In the case of the iPhone XS Max, the battery capacity is a respectable 2 mAh, which is a record for iPhones. Not even considering that it is the largest iPhone that Apple has ever sold. The battery in the XS Max model is about 716% larger in capacity than the iPhone X and less than 3% larger than the smaller XS model.

In addition to the two aforementioned novelties, the document also contains more detailed specifications of the iPhone XR, which Apple will start selling at the end of October. The cheaper model will offer only 3 GB of operating memory and its battery will have a capacity of 2 mAh. In the case of RAM, users will be disappointed, but the battery life should be more than good. According to Apple's technical specifications, the iPhone XR should have the longest battery life of all iPhones ever sold. The combination of a relatively large battery and a more economical 942″ LCD display is most likely responsible for this. Regarding the comparison of the operating memory capacity with last year's models, the iPhone 6,1 had 8 GB, the 2 Plus and the iPhone X had 8 GB.
