Adam Kos Apple is already holding its first event tomorrow to introduce new products of the year. While many analysts argue about what Macs will be introduced, they more or less agree that in addition to the 5th generation iPad Air, the 3rd generation iPhone SE will also be coming. At the same time, they mention that it should be one of the most affordable phones with 5G.
E.g. popular analyst Ming-Chi Kuo mentions (the accuracy of his predictions is according to Apple Track 70,4%), that the iPhone SE 3rd generation will retain its current design, i.e. the one with the desktop button below the display, but will come with two major improvements – the current A15 Bionic chip and 5G support. He estimates the price at $399 (approx. CZK 9), which is what the 400nd generation with 2GB of storage currently costs in the US. You will pay CZK 64 for it in the domestic Apple Online Store.

CFRA Research analyst Angelo Zino and Bloomberg's Mark Gurman (85,5%) also agree with this, although the latter states that the current generation will remain in the company's offer, only discounted to $199 (approx. CZK 4). This would be ideal for those users who want an iPhone but don't need the more technologically advanced models. However, more or less everyone is calling the iPhone SE 700rd generation a cheap 3G device, but if it actually sells for current generation prices, it simply won't be cheap. That is, at least with regard to the competition in the field of 5G smartphones with Android.

E.g. Apple's biggest competitor, the South Korean Samsung, offers the Galaxy A22 5G model in its Online Store for CZK 5. In addition, this device has a 790” display with a teardrop notch for an 6,6MPx front camera and a triple main camera with a primary 8MPx lens with an aperture of f/48. At this price, the integrated memory is also 1,8 GB, and the operating system is 64 GB. If the new iPhone SE 4rd generation would cost the expected CZK 3 in our country, it would certainly crush the Galaxy A11 690G model in performance, but it would still be such an expensive device, with an outdated design and a small display.
