A report from well-known analyst Ming-Chi Kuo suggests that the as-yet-unreleased – and officially unconfirmed – iPhone SE 2 may become even more popular than originally thought. In his report, Kuo estimates that between twenty and thirty million units of the expected phone could be sold. According to estimates, the second generation of the iPhone SE should hit store shelves in March next year.

But at the same time, Kuo claims that the SE 2 may not ultimately be a smartphone that existing iPhone SE owners might be interested in. Kuo predicts that the SE 2 will be equipped with a 4,7-inch display, while the diagonal of the original SE was four inches. The SE 2 should also feature Touch ID technology, but overall it will look more like the iPhone 8 than the original iPhone SE.

It should be equipped with an A13 processor, 3GB of RAM and a storage capacity of 64GB and 128GB. Furthermore, the iPhone SE 2 should be equipped with an improved single camera. It should be available in Space Gray, Silver and Red color variants. The subject of speculation is the price of the new model - according to estimates, it should amount to approximately 9 thousand crowns in conversion.

While the news about the dimensions and shape of the upcoming SE 2 may disappoint those who expected the "two" to resemble its predecessor, the new model will certainly not be short of buyers, according to Kuo. On the other hand, it was precisely the small dimensions and specific shape that won the iPhone SE the favor of so many users.

If the analyzes and estimates turn out to be true, the range of iPhones in 2020 will be really varied and diverse. In addition to the iPhone SE 2, we should also expect a premium iPhone with 5G connectivity.
