If anyone doubted the success of the new iPhone 4S, the first three days of sales of the fifth generation Apple phone must shut their mouths. Apple announced that it has already sold 14 million units since October 4th. At the same time, he revealed that more than 5 million users are already using iOS 25, and more than 20 million people have signed up for iCloud.
The iPhone 4S is currently only available in the USA, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan and Great Britain. Nevertheless, it achieved incredible sales figures in the first three days. And again record breaking. Last year, for example, 4 million iPhone 1,7s were sold in the first three days.
"The iPhone 4S had a great start, selling more than four million units in its first weekend, the most in mobile phone history and twice as many as the iPhone 4," commented Philip Schiller, senior vice president of global product marketing, on the first days of sales. iPhone 4S is a hit with customers around the world, and together with iOS 5 and iCloud, it's the best phone ever.”
The success of the iPhone 4S was predicted already after the start of pre-orders. After all, over a million people ordered a new phone from Apple's workshop in the first 24 hours. The American operators AT&T and Sprint thus stated that they had registered 12 customers within 200 hours of the start of pre-orders.
iPhone 4S can claim further successes on October 28, when it will be launched in other countries, including the Czech Republic. The latest news with the bitten apple logo will also be available in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Latvia, Luxembourg, Mexico, the Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
I don't understand why the distribution of sales, there is no need to prepare language versions. As a producer, she wants to show who is more important to her? :(((
It's just my guess, but I would say that it will be related to supplies - in my opinion, if they released the iPhone in all regions at once, there would be a very limited number in each - it's much more profitable for them to satisfy more demand in regions A, then in B
No, it just dilutes the logistical complexity of such an operation. 4 miles of equipment per weekend, it takes a little more preparation and will give them a chance to prepare for the next wave.
Will there be any pre-orders on apple.cz or will it be shown there only on the 28th? You have no idea? :) Thanks
I wonder how many people are changing their iPhone 4 for iPhone 4s and how many are new customers :)
I think about 5%. 4S is for 3G and 3GS owners. A normal person will wait for the iPhone 5. I'm not lazy and I already have a case for the iPhone 5. 4S is a great phone for those who don't have a classic 4.
:-D :-D :-D That cover story always makes me laugh. :-D :-D :-D
it is important to be able to laugh at yourself - and I succeeded. That's what life is about, and thanks to that, Apple is so noticeably ahead of the tamchunks, Hyundais and others...
Even if it's like this, otherwise their servers would be crashing for a whole week. People with 3GS are more likely to update.
Hello everyone.
I have a question for you even though I own an iPhone 3G bought in the Czech Republic. I have been living in Belgium for a long time and I want to buy a new iPhone 4S here on contract when it goes on sale. I would like to ask you whether this has any effect when I move back to the Czech Republic in 2 years, whether I can use the iPhone 4S in the Czech Republic as well.
Thank you for your messages.
Martin, it doesn't really matter if you will be in Belgium or the Czech Republic. It runs on the same band.
Thank you for answer.
It's just that I heard that if I bring an iPhone from the USA and play the software, the iPhone gets blocked or something... I don't know if I wrote it right. I meant that any country, including Belgium, is a problem
