Just a moment after the iPad Pro tried and tested by Pixar animators, this professional tablet also made its way to the Disney offices. The artists and creators of this studio tried to draw a whole range of classic animated characters on the iPad Pro, led by the legendary Mickey Mouse or Olaf from the more recent hit Frozen.

The testing went very well for Apple, as evidenced by the words of product manager Paul Hilderbrandt, who after a day with the iPad Pro declared: "Let's order a couple of them." The statement was made at the end of the live broadcast, which was broadcast via the Periscope app. In another stream, which can also be found on Periscope, then Disney animators Jeff Ranjo and Jeremy Spears render each other's cartoons on the iPad Pro.

The Disney iPad Pro design team tested with apps like Procreate or Paper by FiftyThree. Both of these applications are already for the iPad Pro i special Apple Pencil stylus optimized.

In the video, we can see how Jeff Ranjo praises the Apple Pencil and, for example, how the iPad Pro ignores the palm when drawing with the stylus. The display responds seamlessly to intentional user interaction, such as zooming in and out of the canvas with a finger spread gesture.

Ranjo also noted that the surface of the display is a bit rough, which makes for a physical response when drawing. The result is probably a feeling as if a person were drawing on paper. However, this observation is a bit of a mystery. Until now, there has been no mention of similar features of the iPad Pro display anywhere. So it is not clear whether this is a feature that Apple has added to the iPad Pro that will go on sale.
