The iOS 14 operating system gives users a lot more options when it comes to working with the desktop and adding widgets. There are a number of different apps that can help you customize your iPhone's desktop, and one of them is Widgeridoo, which we're going to introduce in today's article.

Appearance

Upon launch, the Widgeridoo application will first offer you an overview of all its basic functions. The main screen of the application then consists of a bottom bar with buttons for going to settings, adding a new widget and an overview of information. In the upper right corner there is an edit button, in the center of the screen you will find an overview of your own created widgets.

Function

Widgeridoo allows users to create lots of different widgets with different functions and sizes. In the application, you can create your own widget with a few simple taps, fully customize it to your needs and place it on the desktop of your iPhone with iOS 14. There are, for example, widgets with date and time, birthday reminders, custom widgets with text and image, a widget with data about the battery percentage of your iPhone, or perhaps a widget with data from the native Health or Activity application. You can use the Widgeridoo application either in its free basic version, or pay a one-time payment of 99 crowns for the premium version. As part of the premium version, you get an unlimited number of widgets (the basic version allows you to create eight widgets), the ability to share and import, and other bonuses.
