The app that is used for weather forecast is really blessed on the App Store. New ones are being added every now and then, and it seems that their creators are competing to see which one comes with the most attractive user interface and features. Application WeatherLine caught our eye with its appearance on the front page of the iOS App Store. Is it worth downloading?

Appearance

Once launched, the Weather Line app will classically offer you an eye-catching overview of all its features and capabilities. After going through all the welcome screens, you will be taken to the main page, which by default shows the current forecast for Apple Park in Cupertino. In the lower part of the display you will find a button to add your own location, in the upper left corner there is a button for settings, in the middle you will find cards for switching between hourly and daily forecast. At the very top right, you will find a button to add a location.

Function

Weather Line is one of those apps that offer different features depending on whether you're using the free or premium version. In the basic version, Weather Line offers an overview of the development of temperatures in clear graphs, where, of course, information about the current temperature and cloud cover is not missing. The source of this information is the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. The premium version then offers a forecast compiled with the help of data from Accu Weather or, for example, WDT (precipitation information, more detailed forecast, radar data). In addition, the so-called Supercharge version offers the option of choosing from 18 different themes with the ability to adapt to system-wide changes in dark or light mode, the option to change the application icon, a more detailed widget (the widget in the free version only offers basic information about the current temperature), the absence of ads, the ability to display the feeling temperature and information about the phases of the moon. You can share predictions in the usual ways (email, message, other apps). For the premium version of Weather Line, you pay 99 crowns per month (no trial period), 569 crowns per year (one-week free trial period), or 1170 crowns for a one-time lifetime license.
