The iOS application Today is just such a helper, which allows you to organize your day as best as possible and make enough space and time for all the right habits.

The Today app is simple, super intuitive, and works great. Not only will it help you create a list of everything you want to accomplish on each day, but you'll also be rewarded with badges, similar to those familiar to Apple Watch owners, for completing items on the list. In the app's clean and simple user interface, you can also set a wallpaper that will motivate you accordingly. This can be either a photo from the gallery of your camera, or from the gallery in the application, which is continuously updated by its creators.
Today is completely free in its basic form. For a one-time fee of 129 crowns, you get the option of fingerprint security, secure backup, unlimited cards and unlimited items.
