In today's article, we will introduce the Pillow application for monitoring, analyzing and improving sleep.

We can all agree that sleep is very important for our lives. A number of applications are used to better understand our sleep habits, improve sleep quality and analyze it - one of them is Pillow, which we will introduce in today's article. Pillow is available for both iPhone and Apple Watch, and it's entirely up to you which device you choose as your primary sleep monitoring device.

In the application for Apple Watch, it is possible to set automatic sleep detection - then just go to sleep with the watch on your wrist and Pillow will automatically recognize that you are falling asleep. The application displays the analysis of your sleep in a detailed, clear graph, which gives you information about the duration of all phases of your sleep.

Pillow offers connection with Apple Health, Runkeeper and iCloud, the application can be controlled with gestures. Pillow also offers pleasant melodies and sounds to help you fall asleep faster. As an alarm clock, you can choose either one of the preset sounds in the application or a melody from your own library.

You can use the application either in its free version, or for a one-time fee of 129 crowns, use premium functions such as unlimited analysis, snooze mode, data export in CSV and others.
