Today we will introduce the Metroji app – a useful companion for metro travel.

Metro travel is usually hassle-free most of the time. But complications can arise, for example, when you are about to leave a pub, bar or party - you don't want to end the fun too early, you don't want to spend too much time alone in Prague in the evening or at night, but you also certainly don't want to miss the last connection. In such moments, the purely Czech application Metroji from the workshop of developer Ondřej Korol will come in handy, providing you with information about the nearest metro departures and how and whether you can catch it.

After entering the station, the Metroji application will show you the three nearest departures, including any changes to the final station. Metroji will inform you about whether you are late for the train with the help of emoticons from the moment you cross the turnstiles. You don't have to worry about the absence of a signal in the metro at all - Metroji also works offline without any problems. Of course, it is possible to add a widget for quick access from the locked screen. The Metroji application is completely free, its creator has plans for further improvements, including the introduction of a variant for the Apple Watch.
