Everyone's day consists in part of unchanging, regular elements and habits. Some are more beneficial, others less so. It is true that the more beneficial habits we include in each day, the better we will feel. But how to arrange it so that we don't forget any part of our daily routine and that we always feel sufficiently motivated to follow it completely? The Lazy Bones application can help us with this.

The Lazy Bones app will help you plan your daily routine and remind you of seemingly small things that we tend to forget during the day - whether it's following a (non-alcoholic) drinking regime, exercise, regular rest, or work. In addition to the preset habits, you can of course choose your own. For each of the habits, you can set the frequency, repetition, color resolution, as well as the method and time of notifications (including location-based notifications), which you can also receive on your Apple Watch.

The application also uses popular gamification, so you will be rewarded with badges for correctly observed habits. You can also track your progress and achievements in graphs and share them with friends. LazyBones offers support for Shortcuts for Siri as well as the ability to synchronize with other devices.

The basic version is free, for about 22 crowns a month you get an unlimited number of viewing habits, the absence of ads, the option to record your mood and other bonuses.
