Here you will find not only recordings intended for one-time purposes, but also entire meditation courses with several parts, focused on mindfulness, managing anger or stress, practicing proper breathing or even weight reduction.

A huge advantage of Insight Timer is the wide range of performers who have spoken the individual audio tracks, so if you don't like the color or tone of someone's voice, you can easily find another "guide". For those who do not like the spoken word, there are purely acoustic recordings or recordings based on binaural rhythms. You can bookmark individual recordings, share them, or support their creators.
If you like to formulate your own meditation in your mind, you can use the timer within the application, which offers the option of starting and ending the meditation with a selected sound signal and accompanying it with a background sound (crackling fire, sounds of the night, the sound of the sea and others).
