Today we will introduce the Fitocracy app for more fun workouts (not only) at home.

Fitocracy is a fitness app that combines workouts, curated by professionals, the ability to track your progress, and at the same time the social aspect of exercise and motivation through community engagement and the ability to meet like-minded users. Motivation is one of the biggest strengths of Fitocracy. The application will encourage you in the next exercise, for example by unlocking badges or the possibility of defeating the "dragon of laziness".

In Fitocracy, you can either choose exercise plans from the news feed or create them yourself. After starting the exercise, you will see a complete list of all the elements of the exercise block, so you will have an overview of what awaits you in the exercise. You can interrupt the exercise at any time - the points you have exercised will be credited to you in the classic way.

When exercising, you of course have the option to set the weights you exercise with and adjust the number of repetitions. Unfortunately, it is not possible to set a request for exercise plans with only your own weight, but you can build it yourself from individual exercises that you select after clicking on the "+" button in the upper right corner.

In the "social" section of the application, you can participate in discussion forums on various topics, meet users who have a similar goal as you, or follow individual users for inspiration.
