After registration (Unfortunately, Craft does not yet support quick forms of registration, for example through Sign in with Apple) and a short interactive tutorial, you will be shown the main screen of the application itself. Of course, it is possible to export to various formats including PDF or Markdown, and to share across devices (Craft is a multi-platform application).
