However, in iOS 16, users can change the notification display style to suit them. It should be mentioned that this option has been available since the first beta version, but the problem is that the individual styles were not graphically represented in any way. Thus, users did not have the opportunity to find out how the individual notification display styles differed. However, this changes now in the fourth beta, where a graphical representation is now available and simply tells you what each style changes. You make the change as follows:
- First, you need to switch to the native app on your iOS 16 iPhone Settings.
- Once you do, get off below, where find and click the section Notification.
- Up here, pay attention to the category named View as.
- Here, just choose one of the notification display styles – Number, Set whether List.

There are three options available - if you choose Number, it will not be displayed immediately, but the number of notifications. When you choose the Sets view, which is the default option, individual notifications are displayed stacked on top of each other in a set. And if you choose List, then all notifications will be displayed immediately, classically across the entire screen, like in older versions of iOS.
