7 iPhone Plus it has two cameras on the back with different lenses, wide-angle and telephoto. Thanks to that, it has 10.1x optical zoom and now the ability to take photos with a shallow depth of field, which comes with iOS XNUMX, which Apple released today.

iOS 10.1 makes the so-called Portrait mode available to users of the larger of the new iPhones, which keeps the foreground sharp but blurs the background of the photo. Of course, this effect is not only suitable for portraits, but it probably stands out the most among classic photos, as the foreground and background are clearly distinguished by the simple content of the scene.

The new shooting mode is available in the same way as all the others - by swiping your finger to the right or left (depending on the currently active mode) while the camera is running.

Portrait mode is still in beta, although it's available to the public, so it may not produce consistent quality bokeh (the amount and style of background blur). Nevertheless, you can freely experiment with it - two photos are taken, one without a blurred background (see attached examples).
